This recipe was a result of a cooking accident but immediately became a house favorite.
Place teapot in kitchen-sink and remove lid. Open canned tuna and inadvertently pour about 1 sp. tuna water into pot. Leave pot in a warm room for a day or two to steep and bring out the taste.
Heat water in kettle until boiling. Use half of boiling water to preheat pot. Once pot has reached desired temperature dispose of water and put tea leaves in. Fill pot with boiling water. Put on lid. Use a teacozy! Leave pot for 5 minutes. Serve tea.
Rinse pot for at least a day to get rid of the nasty fish taste.
