Played two shows with Free Oxygen this weekend. Friday night at The Dome was a lot of work for nothing. We were the last act in a 4-band marathon and didn't go on until about 1:30am. With the lengthy set breaks due to changing bands and gear on stage the crowd didn't have much incentive to stick around. Played a short set and spent forever moving gear. Got home at 4:30am. *sigh*
Last night was much better. Lots of fun at a packed Sala Rossa. Now we're talking! Organ schleppage was a lot of work as usual and after the show I had to hurry to the Upstairs to pack and move my tonewheel organ which is going to live there until Rhoda shows up this week.
